Investment in a dedicated stamping facility in Halle-Hesseln.
The company relocated to Gütersloh, moving into a leased 800 m² facility. The Toolmaking and stamping departments were expanded, bringing the total number of employees to 15.
Relocation of operations to Verl-Sürenheide into a 2,000 m² leased office building and expansion to 22 employees.
Relocation of operations to the current company premises at Stadtring Nordhorn 111 and founding of Fischer Fertigungstechnik GmbH & Co.
In addition to founding CEO Hans-Hermann Fischer, Manfred Schießl will become an additional CEO.
The company is investing in a 4,000 kN automatic punching and forming machine and is pursuing certification under DIN EN ISO 9001.
Construction of a new warehouse to expand the System Manufacturing and Logistics divisions to a total of 6,600 m² of production space (the size of a soccer field).
Certification according to DIN ISO/TS 16949:2002 for particularly stringent requirements in the serial production and replacement parts production for the automotive industry.
Commissioning of two new servo-driven automatic punching and forming machines with tandem die change carts rated at 4,000 kN and 6,300 kN.
Mario Scholz will become another managing director alongside Hans-Hermann Fischer and Manfred Schießl.
Purchase of an additional 4,000 kN servo-driven automatic punching and forming machine, as well as a 3,000 kN double-column eccentric punching machine.
Construction of a new warehouse to expand the warehousing, logistics, and production areas by approximately 4,000 m², with a height of 14.5 m, including a crane with a lifting capacity of up to 50 t.
Investment in another 3D coordinate measuring machine.
Hans-Hermann Fischer is transferring his shares in the company to Emsländische Baustoffwerke GmbH in Haren, which, together with the other shareholders, intends to continue developing the company in line with the founder’s vision.
Purchase of an 8,000 kN servo-driven automatic punching and forming machine with a tandem tool change carriage, as well as an additional 4,000 kN automatic punching and forming machine.
Investment in a servo-driven 5,000 kN automatic punching and forming machine.
Construction of our high-performance logistics center, covering 6,000 m² and featuring 6 truck loading docks. Together with the production facility, we have now “developed” an area larger than two soccer fields.
Purchase of a new high-performance packaging system.
Further expansion of the high-tech machinery fleet with a state-of-the-art traveling-column milling machine. The logistics center is being expanded to include additional office space.
